Broccoli Ball 11

There is nothing complicated about this recipe and I have posted a quick video on my Insta Page. You can refer to that, for a quick understanding.

Event-related to this post :

Well, the February month challenge in the ‘Shhhhh Cooking Secretly Challenge’ group was the ‘Protein Rich Vegetarian Breakfast’, suggested by Renu. Well, I was partnered with Seema for this theme who gave me 2 secret ingredients Mushroom and Green chilies; and I gave her Soy Milk and Tofu. She prepared Blackberry Tofu Smoothie using those secret ingredients. And as usual, using my two ingredients I have also come up with these Besan Chilla with Mushroom Stuffing for the theme contribution.

Sasmita, this is absolutely a wonderful recipe. Hubby usually doesn’t like to have stir fried or steamed broccoli. However, am sure if I were to make these broccoli balls he would devour them. Love this air fried recipe.
