Achari Aloo Tikka is a delicious and flavorful Indian dish that combines the tanginess of pickles with the smoky flavors of grilled potatoes.

- 250 gm Baby potatoe (boiled and peeled)
- ¼ cup Capsicum (cube)
- ¼ cup Onion (cube)
- 2 tbsp Achari tikka marinade from MASALEJAR
- ¼ cup Hung curd
In a bowl take 1/4 cup hung curd with 2 tbsp achari tikka marinade from MASALEJAR. Mix well using a spoon.
Next add boiled baby potatoes, capsicum cubes, onion cubes.
Mix gently till everything is well coated.
Keep aside for 30 minutes.
Then put in skewers and keep in a baking tray.
Air fry for 10-12 minutes or till well done.
Serve hot and enjoy !
