- 1½ tbsp Oats
- 1 cup Curd
- 1 tsp Chat masala
- 1 tsp Blalck salt
- ½ tsp Cumin powder (roasted)
- Coriander leaf few
- Mint leaf few
- 1-2 no. Green chili
- 2 cup Water
- Ice cubes few
Dry roast the oats and powder it.
Now blend everything except water and ice cubes using a hand blender or in a blender jar.
Add water and stir well.
Pour into serving glass.
Add some icecubes and sprinkle some roasted cumin powder.
Serve immediately!
- Adjust the spices according to the taste.
- Make it ahead of time and keep it in the refrigerator. At the time of serving just give a good stir and serve!
- Black salt gives a nice flavor to any chaas, so donot change to the regular salt.
