Museli Millet Custard Parfait
Museli Millet-Custard Parfait is a super delicious and filling dessert. Also just perfect for busy morning as breakfast.
- 2 cup Milk
- 4 tbsp Vanilla custard powder
- ½ cup Sugar
- Millet muselli as needed
In a saucepan, take milk and sugar.
Bring to a boil and then lower the heat.
Meanwhile in a bowl mix custard powder with little boiled milk till well incorporated.
Add in the custard mix into the boiling milk and stir till thickens.
Set aside the custard to cool completely.
Now take a serving glass / bowl.
First place some granola in the bottom of the glass or bowl, followed by custard.
Repeat the layers till the glass is full. Serve !
- Some fruits can be used if desired along with custard and museli.
- Use as much or little museli and custard to make the layers, completely individual choice.
