5 Tbsp Dalia 2½ cups Milk 3 Tbsp Ghee 1 Tbsp Cashew nuts 3 Tbsp Gur ½ tsp Cardamom powder ¼ tsp Nutmeg powder
In a pressure cooker, heat ghee and add the cashew nuts, fry until golden, and set aside.
Into the same pressure cooker, add dalia and fry for 1 min.
Add milk, jaggery powder, cardamom powder, nutmeg powder and stir once.
Put on pressure for 5 mins in a high flame.
Set aside and stir.
Top with fried cashew nuts and serve!
Either sugar / jaggery one can opt.
Adjust the sweetness as per the taste.
Saffron can be added in this kheer.
